Green Smoothie

After writing about Green tea it made me think about another one of my favorite daily drinks: a green smoothie. So many of us are just not getting enough fresh vegetables and green in our diet. One really easy way to get them in, is in a smoothie! My favorite green smoothie:
(it really does taste great!)
1 cup pineapple juice
2 handfuls organic baby spinach
1/2 handful fresh parsley
1/2 handful sprouts
1 tsp spirulina
1 tbsp Udo's 3-6-9 oil

This is a great way to start the day!
